1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Cafe-saas account or using the Cafe-saas platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Cafe-saas is currently in active development and closed beta; features and pricing described on our website may change as the product evolves.
2. What Cafe-saas provides
Cafe-saas is a management platform for independent cafes that includes order management, loyalty programs, staff tools, and an optional integration with your Google Business Profile to monitor and respond to customer reviews.
3. Google Business Profile integration
Connecting your Google Business Profile to Cafe-saas is optional and requires your explicit consent through Google's OAuth screen. You can disconnect at any time. Cafe-saas acts on your behalf only for the actions you take inside the dashboard, such as viewing reviews or submitting a reply.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into Cafe-saas (menu items, prices, staff records) and for any review replies you choose to publish through the platform. You must have the authority to connect the Google Business Profile account you link to Cafe-saas.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Limitation of liability
Cafe-saas is provided on an "as is" basis during beta. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including any impact on your Google Business Profile rating or review responses submitted through Cafe-saas.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as Cafe-saas evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
